What we gained from the video
The video’s useful idea was not “install random tools.” It was: build repeatable skills that use memory, tools, scorecards, and improvement loops. We turned that into our own Cletus Super Skill OS so each workflow gets better after real use.
- Memory: daily logs, long-term memory, and Obsidian notes.
- Tools: OpenClaw skills, web/video research, dashboards, and local scripts.
- Refinement: score the run, fix one weak point, document the process.
