Proposal date: August 13, 2026
Hi-Tech Security Solutions proposes a turn-key sports-bar A/V upgrade built around a five-receiver DIRECTV commercial hookup package, centralized video distribution, eleven new 4K displays, four portrait digital-signage positions, sixteen distributed speakers with subwoofer reinforcement, Sonos music integration, new Cat6 cabling, five dedicated electrical circuits, and a professionally organized equipment rack.
Complete scope shown below, subject to final model approval and field verification.
1. Scope of Work
Phase 1 — Cabling & Electrical Infrastructure
- Install twelve dedicated commercial Cat6 runs serving displays, signage players, video endpoints, and the primary TV audio-return path.
- Route cabling above the accessible drop ceiling and conceal wiring inside wall cavities where field conditions allow.
- Install five new 120V commercial branch circuits from the available electrical panel to the display areas. Final circuit grouping, breaker size, outlet count, and routing will be confirmed in the field.
Phase 2 — DIRECTV & Sports-Bar Video Distribution
- Provide and hook up five DIRECTV receivers, coordinate commercial account activation, and integrate the receivers into the central equipment rack.
- Supply, mount, configure, and test seven new 65-inch 4K displays.
- Relocate and remount two existing TVs at the agreed viewing positions.
- Deploy five HDbitT 4K transmitters and seven receivers so staff can route centralized sources to the main viewing displays.
Phase 3 — Portrait Digital Signage
- Supply and install four 55-inch 4K displays approved for portrait operation.
- Deploy two signage stick computers for menus, promotions, event notices, and guest communications.
Phase 4 — Distributed Audio & Sonos
- Install sixteen distributed commercial speakers and one active subwoofer for even room coverage and bass reinforcement.
- Install a commercial amplifier and Sonos Port for authorized app-based music control.
- Engineer an audio-return path from the primary sports TV so selected game audio can play through the distributed system.
Phase 5 — Equipment Rack, Programming & Training
- Install a professional equipment rack with receiver shelves, ventilation spacers, cable management, and protected rack power.
- Label, map, test, and document video and audio endpoints.
- Balance audio, commission the video routes, clean the work areas, and orient designated staff on normal operation.

3. Assumptions, Exclusions & Warranty
- This proposal is valid for 30 days from August 13, 2026.
- Final display, speaker, amplifier, subwoofer, rack, and distribution models require client approval before ordering. Any substitution will provide equivalent or better functionality.
- The $1,500 DIRECTV package covers five receivers, commercial activation coordination, rack hookup, and testing. DIRECTV account approval and receiver availability remain subject to provider requirements. Client will provide account authorization. Recurring programming charges, provider taxes/fees, premium sports packages, and future service changes are separate.
- Pricing assumes reasonable access to the drop ceiling, wall cavities, equipment location, and electrical panel. Concealed obstructions, hazardous-material remediation, structural reinforcement, fire-alarm work, utility upgrades, after-hours restrictions, and owner-requested scope changes require a written change order.
- Electrical work will be completed by qualified personnel and inspected or permitted where required. Unknown governmental fees will be presented for approval before being incurred.
- Hi-Tech provides a one-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer hardware warranties apply under each manufacturer’s published terms.
- Network service, music subscriptions, recurring DIRECTV programming, recurring software subscriptions, and client content creation are excluded unless separately listed.
