WeatherSeal / Roofer Lead Rescue Demo Meeting Runbook

Status: internal sales runbook. Do not use with a live prospect until Dad approves the exact target and wording.

Meeting Goal

Make the prospect feel the leak in their current process, then show that we can fix one practical layer first:

Missed calls, quote forms, old estimates, and service/warranty requests become lead cards with next action, owner, and deadline.

15-Minute Demo Flow

1. Open With The Problem

Say:

"Before we add more marketing, let us make sure every lead you already create gets a next action, an owner, and a deadline."

Ask:

  • What happens when a call is missed after hours?
  • Who sees website quote forms first?
  • What happens to an estimate after it is sent?
  • How do service or warranty calls avoid getting mixed into sales?

2. Show The Dashboard
