Goal

Use Answer Neo as the first voice/call-flow layer to capture clean lead data and create a Lead Rescue OS card.

The voice agent should not close the sale. It should:

  • greet the caller
  • identify the service lane
  • capture contact and routing details
  • capture urgency and channel preference
  • avoid sensitive promises
  • summarize the request
  • hand off to the correct human/team
